Prosecution has moved to enter all exhibits into evidence.   Defense counsel Courtney Griffiths says they do not object to admission of video clips insofar as they pertain to diamonds.  Other parts of the video relating to the victimization of Sierra Leoneans should be ruled inadmissible until the prosecution brings other witnesses who can speak to those allegations.  Prosecution replies that hearsay testimony is admissible at the Special Court for Sierra Leone, and furthermore it is the prosecution’s understanding that the defense does not contest that atrocities were committed in Sierra Leone.  These are the crimes that form the basis of this trial, and the victims’ stories deserve to be heard.
