In an interview with the Associated Press, Prosecutor Stephen Rapp said Thursday that a key “insider” witness who testified against Taylor in January (Varmuyan Sherif) has gone into hiding after being threatened for giving evidence at the trial.    Rapp indicated there have been other instances of witnesses being threatened as well.  The AP article can be found here.
