The Special Court reconvened this morning to continue the cross-examination of RUF insider, Mustapha Marvin Mansaray.

Just after the judges had entered and were settled, Terry Munyard, lawyer for Charles Taylor’s defense, asked for an extended response time to respond to a prosecution motion under Rule 92 bis (c).

Prosecution lawyer Shymala Alagendra made an application to raise an issue in closed session. The witness, who will continue his cross-examination, was led from the court and the live feed was shut off.
